Raw Materials Used by Al Wataniya Company
* Polyethylene is used in the manufacture of tanks. It is a hydrocarbon from the polyolefin group, with the chemical formula ChrChr.
* Polypropylene is used in the manufacture of water pipes. It is a hydrocarbon with the chemical formula CHn.
* Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is used in the manufacture of sewage pipes. It is a hydrocarbon with the chemical formula CrHrCl.
These materials are characterized by several features, including:
1- They are safe and suitable for use in all food and pharmaceutical applications, as they are approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the European Union (EU).
2- They block ultraviolet (UV) radiation.
3- They are environmentally friendly due to their chlorophene content.
4- They are resistant to cracking, chipping, and corrosion.
5- They offer high resistance to impact, scratching, and breakage due to their high elasticity.

This type of tank is manufactured in both horizontal and vertical configurations, with a 10-year warranty, using advanced manufacturing technology. The tank features a uniform wall thickness throughout, and the reinforcement belts in the wall significantly increase its strength and durability.

– The outermost layer is resistant to sunlight and harsh weather conditions and comes in various colors.
– The second (middle) layer is black and protects against sunlight and algae growth.
– The third (inner) layer is a smooth, white layer that prevents sedimentation and bacterial growth.

* 4-Layer Rotational Molding Tanks
